Please help!
I get message saying tu enter 8 PUK code
(and No ! I do not have anymore the sim plastic "container".

You can check your SIM/eSIM PUK on your phone by going to About settings on your phone and the ICCID then contact a CS_Agent for the PUK of the SIM/eSIM.

Having the packaging on the plastic surrounding the SIM card wouldn't help even if you did still have it. Please diregard the misinformation that comes up in internet search engines about this. The SIM card's PUK is not on the packaging. I've actually never seen that for any carrier's SIM cards (although it is possible that some carrier might provide it there).

@NinuccioDP If it’s just sim PUK you need support can help but if the phone is carrier locked you need the carrier the phone came from to unlock it for you
