Im already on a $19 plan and wanting to switch to this plan cause of the long distance calling. Does this plan include VM (doesn’t really say), plus why does it say that I’ll earn $1.75/ month in rebate. My current $19 plan only earns 0.95 cents. Just want to make sure I’m not losing anything and actually gaining the long distance feature by switching.

@rose88 I was on $23 6GB 4G plan. The same $23 plan with 100 international calling minutes became available to me. I just switched on renewal yesterday. I made a test call to a Hong Kong McDonald's and it works.
PS You should also look at your account using your web browser on your PC instead of the app. The terms of the plan may be different. In my case, on my PC I could have signed up for a 90 day plan $23 plan. That would have given me 18 GB over the 90 days. However, there were no international long distance calling minutes in the web browser account.

Will do. Thanks.

@rose88 I suggest keeping your screen shot of the points typo or not I would think PM has to honour it otherwise it’s false advertising. . So good for proof to show support you shouldn’t have to pay for their mistake . But good catch too BTW I’m in $34 plan and only get $1.70 in points

It's 5% back in points, so a $19 plan would get you $0.95 in points. Must be a typo. Yes it includes voicemail, caller ID, call waiting, conference calling, and call forwarding.

Yes, it showed up in my account. That’s why I was surprised being able to get extra feature for same price.

Do you actually see this $19 version plan in your self service account?
Existing customers have their own personalized plan offers in their My account page. Most plans offered to existing customers are more expensive than their existing plans.

@rose88 Oddly enough it says $.95 cents in points here so not sure that may be typo as it’s only supposed to be 5% back in points of plan spend
but voicemail definitely included

Sorry to be pain. Don’t you think this rebate of $1.75 is a bit rich for a $19 plan? Thinking it’s a typo. Please refer to bottom of screen shot. Thanks again.
