Hello,
I was on the $35 CAN US 5G unlimited plan. Then early December I was able to switch to the $29 US-CAN 4G plan. When I confirmed the switch, the web page provide 2 options - switch that day or when the billing cycle resumes in early January. I chose early January but now the plan details no longer shows US availability for calling. Just canada wide...
Please help.
