Wouldn’t a link to the videos be a good idea? I can’t find them.

This is great but Nobody is going to watch them as it is easier to post a (repetitive) question then spend few minutes to learn something about PM.

The videos are well done and are a great idea in lieu of telephone customer support. They were a terrific resource just yesterday both for myself and a friend who signed up. They communicate variables in the sign up process (SIM vs eSIM, transfer # during or after activation), and are a great alternative to text-only instructions or a community chat which may only discuss a single aspect of the signup process, for example.

@Mor1 wrote:A video with step by step instructions when heading to the US would be great. What to do before you enter the US and after you cross the border. @Mor1 I have used both Can-US plan and US roaming add on and never did I need to do anything before or after to my phone to get it to work. It was seamless. Of course I always have roaming turned on because why not? There are no roaming charges ever at PM. I think a bigger issue to highlight would be the need for a compatible phone before purchasing the add on or plan, kind of like when you do a plan change and they warn you about the ramifications of changing now vs change on renewal.

@Ck_PM - Yes, they are intuitive and easy to follow with most people using the Public Mobile app!

true, it may not make a big difference, but at least its something for those who want to troubleshoot on their own to look towards. I know personally id rather take advice directly from Public Mobile vs users trial and error as some things change/update over time and some older forum answers could be outdated..
and hey, we need some forum activity to stay so we can earn points 🙂

@AK32 I honestly don't think this will help with those questions that are asked over and over and over again. If people won't take the time to look up something basic like how to contact CS (this is included in virtually every single thread), they aren't going to look up youtube videos.

nice addition, especially for those frequently asked questions that get repeatedly asked. Hopefully this helps some users who are less tech savvy

This would be a big help for those who are not technically literacy.
