hi all any idea how can i get my account number from public mobile. my phone number is very old and i just created an account online but how to connect my number with account i just created

You can’t port your number from PM to PM.
You can only port your number from another carrier to PM. Your account with the other carrier must be active to port it over to PM.

@jaswinder688  So did you activate in store a long time ago and never set up the online account ? If that’s the case I think you need support to help you , if you do t remember the email and password you used to get phone number / account
