@MichaelSilky Also some have found it works if they have location services turned on in their device.

were you using the Public Mobile app to subscribe? If not, please download the PM app and try
if you still have the error, uninstall the app, reboot, and try setup another account using another email address

@MichaelSilky You may need to wait one full hour and try again also be sure to use the public mobile app to activate not website . Or try a different credit card if you have one
