I suspended service last month, I changed my email prior to suspending the account as I no longer have access to that email. Now I can’t log in as I can’t receive a text message or email code help please.

Yes they are very slow in replying due to all new members don’t know how to port their number over to PM.

Been waiting for a week now for a costumer service agent to get back to me as I can’t log into my account explained in detail the issue . Do they ever reply??

@Maybe always on the same day, and usually quicker, like within an hour

Please be sure to explain the issue to them. They will respond to you in you community inbox to check it from time to time. Due to high volumes, the delays for a response to your ticket can be 24-48 hours.
