Koodo Prepaid or Postpaid?
I assume you already have an active PM account?
If Koodo Prepaid, please open ticket with PM support for manual porting help
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
If Koodo Postpaid, you can login My Account, go to Profile page and click Transfer phone number and provide your Koodo account number and follow the step there to complete the porting request
