Right. We don't have WiFi calling at Public Mobile. That is for higher end like Telus. If we had WiFi here, EVERYONE would be on the $15 plan. LOL

@Brushett She can port out the number will automatically close the PM account or turn off auto pay like this or get support to remove credit card info on file right away

Sadly because this is a pre paid service, there are no refunds. Before she cancels though, tell her to use what she paid for and at least try out the service. She may change her mind.
