PM is an online service and you are control of your self serve account.
The only communication with a CS_Agent is through private messaging so you can communicate back and forth by messaging.

Once again @NeilNorris1 Public Mobile as I'm sure you read before you signed up, is a self serve service. Coming here to the forums are your support. We usually send you a link like @Handy1 has to get a CS Agent to assist you. But we here in the forums try first to find out what issue you're having and see if we can help out first. That's what we do here. 🙂
So before you PM a CS, care to share the issue so we may try to help?
