Why is that I have to keep signing in to my mobile app. It's not a web site it's an app, I should be able to go directly to my account whe

@softech , no, iPad. I don’t use my phone online. My iPad is much bigger to see & type on. So far with background app refresh enabled the app is still logged in!

Is there a way to save my password for App? Why do I have to keep logging back into App?
We know there's is an issue causing customers to re-login a lot, we are working on it, but in the mean time we recommend using a service like this to make logging in easier.

try turn off clear cache when exit on Safari and test the app.  The app actually calls the browser to connect to Telus login server, I think it might work

@softech , I don’t have background app refresh enabled for it so I will enable it & see if it makes a difference. It’s a new install. Maybe a new update in the future will fix it! As it is after I sign on it refreshes repeatedly before it will load anything. Huge lagging (not my internet). It’s new so it will have issues!

If I find a fix to keep it signed in I will report back @badboy1245

@softech , whoops sorry, thought we were talking about the mobile app! 🤣 I meant to type mobile app like Op did in post but I forgot! Sorry 🤣 

Edit: Browser is used in private/incognito mode. Nothing to clear. So for that I understand it not saving it but the app should! Maybe only for certain devices. I don’t know!

@softech , selecting trusted device doesn’t work for me. When I open it again it gives error messages then asks me to sign in again then code sent to phone again. Maybe it’s my device!

The truest divice is only good for 5 minutes and then I have to keep signing in

The PM app doesn't support automatic login, it functions more like a banking app.

@badboy1245 It's an "app" but I don't see it as an app in the real sense.  To me it's almost just a wrapper for their website.  If an app you should be able to use biometrics if supported by your device in order to log in securely to the app.  It'll be baby steps I think.

Did you click on trusted device while login to your account?

You also need to click on trusted device again once you enter the 2FA code.
