Text message and local calls

Hey there I’m having trouble with sending text messages and making local calls in my contact just signed up with public mobile. It’s hit and miss with my contacts any suggestions

text messages saying undeliverable 

call nothing happens no ring tone call failed

@Lenag1960  has the previous providers sim been removed?  If problem persists, please reach out to a CS_Agent using the orange chat bubble. Have them do a network reset from the back end.  Hope this helps

what phone do you have?  

first, reboot the phone, Try Reset network settings

if you have an iPhone, make sure iOS and Carrier Profiles are both updated.  But if you have an android, also update the OS, plus download Google Message and use it to send messages
