@Mo88 Is this from the app or website? If app you can try to close app, reopen and see if it will load. If it's website you can try to load browser in incognito or in private browsing and see if that will work for you.

@samcat-dog I think that PM will only try to upsell you. You're already paying $50 so you'll only probably get an offer of a $55 or $60 deal. I'm on a $29/10gb deal and was texted an offer of $34/60gb. My wife is on a $25/5gb and was texted $29/40...

@Zeddybear PM doesn't roam outside of the USA. You'll need to get a local SIM or prepurchase an ESIM before you leave. There are many ESIM vendors like eskimo or Airalo.
