What can I do after I run out of minutes. I purchased an add on but learned afterwards that it’s only for international calling.

@Monicaaz  you have $15 plan?

 you buy add-on if you run out of minutes, the one you should have bought is :

500 min Canada-Wide Long Distance - $5.00 (5 Reward points)

No worry if you got it wrong, you can open ticket with PM support, they can likely help by reverse your transaction for you , put the credit back into your account and you can re-buy the correct one

To open ticket with PM

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

@Monicaaz    Did you purchase the wrong international minutes?  If that is the case and you've not used any of the minutes, then submit a ticket to customer support via chatbot and ask them to switch you to the correct add-on, or if the country you are wanting to call is not on the list, ask CSA's to remove this add-on and credit the account instead.  Usually they will do this if an error was made, but there's no guarantees as PM is prepaid service.

Here's a link to the chatbot:   https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

If you're unable to submit a ticket, then send a private message to CS_Agent instead here:  https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Can I return an add on of international minutes if I have never used them. I don’t plan to. Or could the payment be transferred over to my monthly bill?
