Phone Call Interrupted and no more minute message

During a call, public mobile tells me I have no more minutes, but it is not true. Also, during a call, I get disconnected.

@Manu131313  Make sure there hasn't been a failure of auto-pay and that the account is still active. If it is you will need to contact Public Mobile customer service since we are only customers like you in this community.  You can open a service ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page, but if that doesn't work then send support a private message using this link and watch for a reply at the envelope icon top right, or tap your avatar to access messages.

Can you clarify regarding "it is not true". Where did you confirm it ? 

Sometimes there can be a delay on the application update (related to minutes/data), hence i believe more information is needed here to support/help your issue.
