Hi, I’m trying to move from public mobile to rogers because of a better mobile plan. The Roger agent told me that it will be through porting of numbers. However, after proceeding I did not receive a message from public mobile to proceed with porting then my signal disappeared. And now they can’t resolve the issue and Rogers is telling me to contact public mobile to proceed with overiding the porting since I don’t have the signal anymore to receive the text message and accept the 90 minute rule. What should I do now to fix the issue?
