Can my international call bonus be used to make local Canadian calls when I run out of minutes?

I'm on the 100 minute plan and have 700 international bonus minutes in my account. After I run out of my 100 minutes, is the international call bonus used to keep my ability to make calls active?

if the bonus minutes from Christmas bonuses, then yes it can be used to call Canada. Canada is actually on the country list of that bonus
