cant make a phone call -

I have a Canada us 30 subscription. but when i tried to make a call it, i get a voice message indicating i have reached my minutes limit, even through i have unlimited talk and text.  any insight?

Thank you for the suggestions. I did try all of the above and for good measure, i also restarted the phone. It did not work. I have submitted a ticket to customer support. Hopefully they can sort it out. Thanks again.

The phone is probably cold 🥶.  Try the suggestions and wait a few minutes and try again after 10 minutes. Sometimes it's just  temporary glitch. 

@Farzi   Try turning airplane mode on, wait a minute, turn it off again and try making a call.  If that doesn't work reset network settings (not factory reset as that will wipe everything).  If it still doesn't work contact customer service at the chat icon bottom right of this page and submit a service ticket.  Edit you could also try restarting the phone.  Also check for outages here https://www.telus.com/en/outages  (I added that link to the wrong post before)

 

@Farzi  Can you receive calls?  Again, where is it you are calling to, Canada or the US?  What phone do you have?

Text messaging and data is working. I just Cannt make any phone calls. It tell me i have reached my minutes limit

@Farzi  Are you trying to call within Canada, or somewhere in the USA?

I have Canada, US $30 plan. The account is active. I am currently in Canada. No fund is owing

Yes, I am in Canada. I rebooted the phone. The account is active and no fund is owing.

@Farzi   Do you mean you  have a Canada-US $30 plan, or do you have the $30 talk text and data roaming add on?  Where are you calling to and from?
