I just bought a plan, your sim card activation failed, but guess what, when I attempt to log into my app, it is sending 2 step auth to my phone, which doesn't exist. And I am stuck here, cant log into the account to chat with an agent, no numbers to call anywhere, I just need you to cancel and refund me right away, I cant even do that! how is that even legal?

I am having a similar issue, and I have seen dozens of similar posts in the last few hours. There's no way to talk to a human with this company, and no way to cancel your services even when you can't use them. I don't want to be forced to pay this bill forever because there's no human employees to talk to.

I dont get that option, it asks for my credentials, then asks for the 6 digit code sent to my number, only other button on screen is resent code

You might be able to login without the 2fa code, there is the Didn't get code link that brings up options to send the code in different ways. But maybe that isn't an option before activation.
