I signed up for Public Mobile and transferred my number from Bell to Public Mobile from e-SIM to e-SIM, but the request was cancelled, and without the number being transferred, I can't receive the code to verify Ever Safe ID. It's such a mess, especially without the live agents!! It does not cost a lot to hire people who can at least chat with the customers and have some technical assistance available to deal with E-SIM. I regret choosing Public Mobile and another provider would have been a better option.
I have even sent a message to the Customer service but no response yet.
Does anyone have a ny idea of how to request number transfer if previous one has been cancelled ?
