Why, when I login to the public mobile account that I have had for several years, it just wants me to finish activating the account? I have an account and the phone number still works.

Eversafe seems to be set up, as I received the verification code.

have you accessed your account recently in the last 2 years ? We now must create "Eversafe" credentials to access the account...have you done that yet ?

hi @HC6 that means the system unable to find your My Account from your user login. You need to ask PM to help. You can submit by direct message:
