MMS /sms Compressed images and 1 second vid S23+

I got a new phone s23+ and have since been un-able to send proper MMS/videos/ pic etc...

To clarify:  even on my lowest setting  I can't send picture through without them being grately reduced In quality  and the videos I send through are limited to only 1-2 seconds in length Maximum.

I do not think it's a provider limit on maximum file size permitted to send through.

(Also: even the picture other people send can sometimes be compressed /grainy . )

How ever thank you allready for this improvement

MMS is always compressed and low quality.  SMS and MMS was never meant for large files.  Use an instant messaging app,  send by e-mail, or using a file hosting website where the other person can download the file.

Make sure to don't have some sort of compression setting on.
