Can’t send or receive mms, gifs, pictures or videos

I’ve a OnePlus Open (android device) and I’ve tried everything, absolutely everything I could find( resetting network, phone, apn… everything) so I can be able to send and receive pictures especially from/to iPhones because I can send pictures to android devices but not gifs or any other animated images. So how can an agent get in touch with me ? Is there anything else that worked for someone here that could help me? Is there anybody with same device as me who actually got it right?

thanks

Awesome the line in caps made it work. Thanks a lot @Phil_Adelphus

@Mechant   As far as I know yes it is only that line.  You might want to change the subject to include the word OnePlus to get the attention of people who might have the same brand.  As far as the email question is concerned, there is no email contact for Public Mobile support.  Either use the chat icon bottom right of this page to open a ticket, or if that doesn't work send a private message to customer service using this link

Can’t seem to find an email to get in touch with them. Do you have it?

And is it only that line that needs to be all caps?

@Mechant   You can look up the phone specific APN here, link suggested by Public Mobile

https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en

But note that for some reason for Oneplus the line SP.MB.COM needs to be in all caps.

Sometimes iPhone to Android issues can be related to the settings on the iPhone.  You can contact PM customer support via the chat icon bottom right of this page.  Have you also tried Oneplus support?

@Mechant , check your APN settings.  See the help article in the link below.

I would suggest go to their chat box and raise a ticket https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/send-us or you could email them.
