I read and understand porting from Koodo Prepaid is different. I need to activate with a temporary number first, which I did and the temp number is working great
I went to my app and request Transfer number but I got and error. What did I do wrong? From my understand, all Koodo numbers can be ported into Public

hi @rulolalula support usually reply within 2 to 4 hours. But given it is late at night and PM has some issue with login, you likely won't get a reply till tomorrow

number but now you need support to transfer the number for you

You have done most the steps correctly except the last step.
Instead of request porting on the app, you need to ask support agent to port with a ticket. But My Account login is currently down, so , please message PM support and ask them for manual port
