Hello - I need to get an invoice detailing all of my payments for the 2021 calendar year (for my income taxes) as I am self-employed and use this phone as a business phone.

Thx - I started the 'get a ticket' process and looked cumbersome - will def just try instant messaging them. Thx!!

I wouldn't recommend bothering with the ticketing system since it's known to be problematic and bothersome. Just send a private message with all the info agents would need: CS_Agent

@derekjay123 OK, for this particular case, you really need to open a ticket with PM Support. They might need as many as 3 weeks to prepare
To open a ticket with PM support, click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):
