Hello
I have used public mobile on year 2023 and I need the invoice for 2023 for tax filing.
Current I have changed the mobile service because of the roaming problems.
How can I get the invoice for 2023?
I have ID on public mobile website but don't have any access on the payments or other menu.
Please help.

I don't think that PM will supply an invoice for service longer than 1 year.

@Sampark1 Since you can't access your self-serve account because you moved to another carrier, you can't obtain the receipts. Try reaching out to PM CS_Agent and see if they are able to load invoices from previous subscriber.
