Hello, I have plenty of data but can't add access the internet or LTE when away on from home. Any idea on how to access the internet,?

I had problems with my data a couple of days ago. It seemed to be ok the next morning but I had to power off my iphone & start it up again for the data to work. Try shutting off your phone & turning it on again to see if your data works.

For carrier update:
1. Make sure your iPhone is connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network.
2. Open your phone's Settings app, tap General, and then tap About.
3. Scroll down to Carrier. Next to Carrier, if a new update is available, you'll see an option to perform this update. Otherwise, you'll simply be shown the currently installed settings or carrier version number.

For carrier update
Tap Settings > General > About.
Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update.
and an important question, did data with PM network ever work on your phone??

@Edwin3 Your data ever work before? It just stopped working or it never work?
What kind of phone is that ? brand and model?
if it is an iPhone , check Carrier profile, make sure it is updated
if it is Android, it could be APN. But start with clicking Reset all networks
