Incomplete Fido Port

Hi,

 

I registered for a plan with Public Mobile and activated on Nov 20th. I am able to use data, but not texting or calling using my phone. I also sent out an email request for assistance on Nov 22, but have not received a response. I am unable to call family members, and this is a little frustrating, as I can't make any calls or text.

 

I was hoping if moderator @Shazia_K  could look into this matter for me, it would be greatly appreciated, or if anyone in the community who had a similar situation could share their experiences, how they resolved it.

Waiting is frustrating, no doubt. Here's an update from PM earlier today on the status of clearing the backlog.

 

A couple suggestions in the meantime:

  • Maybe, just maybe this one will work (I don't know if you already have access to Self Serve). It has worked for some and is easy to try.
  • If your earlier private message to a Mod didn't include the required details, send another.

Also note there's a chance they'll reset the start date of the plan (imm1304 doesn't work for PM, but has clearly been here a while).
