Porting number from Fido

Hey Everyone, just signed up for PM and was in process of porting my number and switching to new device. I added the public mobile app to my new device and logged in started the process it asked for my number and the device IMEI number so I put it my old device IMEI number. I got the text from Fido I answered YES and then got a msg from PM that they are having issues porting the number as I have entered the wrong IMEI number and that I will get a phone call from a member shortly on the alternate number provided. It's been about 4hrs and I have not rec'd a call. The PM SIM can make calls with my ported number but still can't receive calls, the fido account is still active and able to make calls. Just wanted to know if there is a PM porting service number to call.

there is a porting assistance team you can call and provide them the Fido account number instead. I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox. Please check and call them
