@nishufan @nishufan If you choose to leave be sure to notify your old carrier to cancel any port-in request from Public Mobile. Otherwise you will get really messed up.

You may also be able to retrieve voicemail from your old carrier remotely; often it's done by clicking * once during your "I'm not here" message and following the instructions.
If your service is totally down you can make phone calls with an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.
