Hi. I was trying to sign up for the holiday bonus (maybe it was automatic) but I believe the system changed and accepted a plan change from $25 to $40 by my typing in "YES2". Please see attached photos.
To clarify, I do NOT want to change to the $40 plan, I want to keep my $25 one. How can I prevent this change from occurring on my renewal date?

Check your account if you can see scheduled plan change and then cancel it.
Talk to agent to cancel your plan change.
Keep it for a month, it is great offer and then as plan starts schedule plan change to whatever plan you used to have (if it is still available) or any other.

Clear your browser cache and go incognito into self service. Go to the Plan & Add-Ons tab. See if there is a scheduled plan change and cancel it.
