Old Add-Ons not visible online

Apologies in coming to the community with this but it's been impossible to work through the chat bot and sending replies to CS through existing threads is constantly met with some HTML error that requests fixing highlighted issues.  There were no highlights...

I've got numerous grandfathered add-ons from the good days.  I can see this through the app but they are nowhere to be found through the online portal.

Does anyone know why?  Am I missing a link somewhere from my account or is there just no way of seeing these add ons through my account's webpage?

I did try a few times and I kept getting the HTML error

@Deryk When you get that message just hit send/submit again and it will work. No need to fix anything. I have had this happen numerous times and it always sends on second attempt with the same warning with zero corrections on my part.

@Deryk the website went through a bit of an update/refresh around a month ago but you should still be able to find it under the Overview screen, then click on Usage breakdown.

That's from the app yes?  That does work, but online, there seems no way of see older add-ons

hi @Deryk 

it could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
