Receiving calls

Hi,

I have an iPhone 11 pro and I can call people, but can’t receive calls from others. It tells them that the number can’t be reached. I restarted my phone and calls still dont come through

Hi,
I’m having the same issue. I ported my number from Fido to Public Mobile and I can make calls but can’t receive. People keep telling the me same thing, they need to use WhatsApp to call me. 

Did you manage to fix this? I submitted a ticket.

We sure could use some more information here first. Have you been with Public Mobile a while? Did you just sign up with Public Mobile? If so did you port your phone number from another carrier? Share some of this info with us so we can better help you.

Did you port a previous phone number?

If you did, likely the port did not work. 

Please take this issue to customer service by clicking here and clicking “Contact Us'' and then submit a ticket. They will be able to help you with porting your number again. Have a nice day.

hi @cos if you just joined and ported your number, the port was not done.  I will send you a number to call porting team to sort out.  Check your Community Inbox
