Please help me cancel my order of cell phone plan purchased just now

I purchased a cell phone plan of $29 monthly for 30G used in Canada USA and Mexico just now BY MISTAKE.  My name is JIANJING ZHANG. My email is wzk75@hotmail.com 

So Please cancel this order and refund the money to my account.

@JIANJING   You should tap the v in a circle top right of your post and edit out your full name and email address since this forum is not private.  Did you already have a plan with Public Mobile and accidentally changed it?

Did you intend to select a different plan @JIANJING ?

 

 ADDING:  were you porting from another provider?

try asking PM for that.  But please be aware that PM is a prepaid provider, they might decline your request.  If they decline, ask them to remove the credit card so at least the plan won't renew next month

Without able to properly login you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket, but you can still message them
