What if I ported wrong number and cannot log into my account as the 6 digits number goes to that wrong number? However I was charged for the subscription. How can I cancel now the subscription if I cannot my account?.

Thank you for sharing. It was very helpful. I contacted CS agent and they helped me to cancel account, however I was charged and currently waiting for the refund which should be done in 14 days.

The owner of the wrong number must do the following:
- Reply to the text from the old carrier confirming with YES they are porting their number.
- They must reply to the text within the 90 minute window.
- The carrier of the SIM card must be the same as yours.
All 3 must be done to complete the porting…this will be slim.
Check you if the charges are Pending and not Posted.
Contact a CS_Agent to help cancel or to fix your mistake.
