I just made a payment for my $15.00 plan and have made no calls as yet. However, my account shows 10 mins used and 90 mins left.
Has anyone else had this happen to them?

@Newtothis21 at th bottom of that Plan Usage section , there is a refresh spinner, please click to get the latest and corredt usage

You're probably looking at old cached information.
Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito mode then do a refresh.

Make sure you clear your browser cache and use incognito for self service. Checking voicemail counts as outgoing minutes. All outgoing calls are rounded up.
