regarding my plan and add on balance

Hi After My 100 minutes are over, I was not able to use my add on balance of 500 minutes. Then I paid 5 dollars for another add on and now my new balance is 500 minutes, but I lost all the previous add on balance. Can I get that balance back please. Also, Will I be able to use this add on balance? Thanks.

the previous addon balance as to those you received from previous Christmas? Maybe they were used up and you weren't aware?  that could explain why it didn't kick in and you have to pay $5 for another 500 mins

but ask PM support agent to check and confirm

ask PM to check the addon history for you

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
