The phone number I selected while activating my sim card is being used by someone else. I can make phone calls but when someone calls me, the other person receives the call not me. Also, I can't send or receive text messages. When I try to login to my account, the website texts me a six digit code but I don't receive that code. Instead the code goes to the other person. I can't login to my account to change my number.

if you can login My Account, go to profile page to pick a new number
if you cannot login, ask PM support agent to help . Message them
