I'm a public mobile customer for the last 5 i lost my phone and I want to recuperate my phone number

@Sidikhalid Get new sim card and log into your account profile page and sim swap the number and you will keep your same phone number and plan
SIM SWAPPING profile tabs
This can be done on the app too , but if your not able to get logged in ask support to sim swap the number for you

hi @Sidikhalid no worries, you just need to get a new sim card and your number will move onto it
Buy a PM physical sim card form Telus or Koodo store or via Amazon:

Then message support agent and ask them to help to update your account with the new sim card:

@Sidikhalid Do you mean you now have a new phone and want to get your phone number on to it? Or do you need to report your phone as lost. If you are trying to log in to your account you can tap "didn't get the code" when you get to the insert code page, and then select to get the 2FA code by email. If it's not any of those things can you explain in a little more detail please?
