I paid for a subscription on sept 7 for my brother but we weren't able to activate it yet.we tried last night but we're unable to sign in. We get the code to his email but we're in a loop. we put the code and the page goes back to sign in page again. What's going on? Also, would our subscription still works eventhough it's not be activated more than a month from purchase?

hi @Patj if you have the phone with you now, you can download the app and login and try again
if still have problems, ask support agent

I haven't activated it after purchase because the phone where it should be activated was not with me. We used the app on my nrother's phone but was not able to do it since we cannot sign in

hi @Patj did you use the PM app to complete the activation? if you didn't use the PM app , probably the activation was not completed, please download and login and complete the activation
if that does not help, please message support agent here and they can sort it out
