I paid for a subscription on sept 7 for my brother but we weren't able to activate it yet.we tried last night but we're unable to sign in. We get the code to his email but we're in a loop. we put the code and the page goes back to sign in page again....

I haven't activated it after purchase because the phone where it should be activated was not with me. We used the app on my nrother's phone but was not able to do it since we cannot sign in
He only has 1 phone. Is there any other way to activate without the qr code?Also, he was added as an additional line under our friends account. Will there be an issue when we port his number? We have the account number
