Hello, it sounds like the issue was fixed, I restart the cell phone, and checked eSIM options. 3 options were shown in the cellular menu.
I found the status under my cell number is OFF, I turned ON, then SOS changed to a signal 😂. I found other two options like Personal, I clicked both these two options, and was asked if I want to upgrade them. I combined all into PM cell. OK, it showed a good state. It's first time for me to use eSIM! Thanks to all!

@Jennifer-yu did you try to install the email by scanning the QR code on the email? And confirm if it is installed in shown in the phone
If it installed, try Reset All Networks
if it is not installed and not wotking, message support for further help or another eSIM

I did all the indicated steps and all steps successfully finished. some time(maybe 1h or tens minutes later), I got a pop-up message telling me activation failed....

Did you get an email with the QR code for ESIM?
Did you respond yes to Fido's port request text?
