The usage history download only provides a few days of history. I want to download 90 days. It's broken. The old website provided a download of 90 days.

For cryin' out loud, PM, how hard can this be??
PLEASE, fix the usage download! It's ridiculous how long this, and other issues, take to fix!
(P.S.: I have been in IT for four decades, and am knowledgeable in programming and websites.)

@Lens20 Yes, the usage history page itself works. The download of the full usage not. Right now, it is only downloading 3 days or so usage, and it has no relationship with the filter you set
PM is aware of the issue (I tagged Community manager as well as CS agent in one of the posts before), just not sure when will they have it fixed

When I log in using a desktop/laptop, and go under Usage History, when I click "filter", it gives me the option to go back 90 days.
I scrolled through the numbers at the bottom, and it does go back that far.

You're right the download doesn't show the same as what's on screen.
Report it to CS Agent so the dev team can hopefully fix this.
