  • I paid my voucher and I don't have service. I restarted my phone 3 times and not service

If the voucher amount is showing as a balance in your available funds then go to your cart at the top right of your screen in your account and manually pay for your service. Then reboot your phone if needed.

I already reset the network, it is ok. Still not service. 

My phone is samsung Galaxy s8. I did not have problems before

please login My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, put the account suspended with Lost/Stolen as said above. 

Logout and wait 5 mins.  Log back in using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and undo the Lost/Stolen

I have available funds. But the renewal service was not processed

you said the payment in My Account, does it only show up as Available funds? if it is at Available funds only and not used for renewal, you can try to suspend the account via Lost/Stolen first.  then wait 10 mins and login again and undo it, it will then trigger the renewal

Not restart. Reset the Network Settings.

Yes, the payment is in my account,  usually I paid with voucher and the service is on immediately

Depending on where you purchased the voucher. I may take a day for it to work. Does the voucher payment in your account?
