How do I cancel my account?

Hey there! I can’t seem to connect to a real person on here - can someone walk me through how to cancel my account? 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

so, after clicking resend code, Send Email is not an option like my screenshot?

again, to engage support, message them here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Thanks for your help. There is only the “resend code” option, no others. Can you kindly tell me how to engage support to remove my credit card?

@Selah  Is there no option to for didn’t get code ? Or tap resend code a few times this should give you option to send code to email instead . But also as mentioned earlier you can get support to remove  the credit card info on file right away . This will ensure you won’t be charged again after cancelling

try this: On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or  Resend code and then choose Send email

If still unable to login, you will have to engage support and ask them to remove your credit card from My Account so PM cannot charge you further

Thanks so much! Only problem I’m having is that when I go to login to either the app or online site, the EverSafe code comes up. I never receive a code to my cell phone number - only the initial one sent to my email. So I’m unable to login. Help?? 😅

To "cancel" the plan, you can either port out your number to another provider and your account will be closed upon successful port out of the number

Or you can disable the toggle "Subscribed" to disable Pre-Authorized payment instead.  Once it is disabled, PM will not be able to renew your account on your next renewal , your account will then be suspended on that day and 90 more days, it will be closed

To disable Pre-Authorized payments (Turn off Subscribed) , you can do it by one of the following:

@Selah  You can port number out is one way or turn off auto subscribe also or get support to remove  the credit card info right away 

Turn  auto pay  OFF/ON  3 easy clicks
