Reminder: log into your account and click "Change Subscription". This will show you what plans you are eligible for even without contacting support. Your desired plan might be there already, mine was. This will save you a lot of time, providing you have an existing working plan already.

if you're an existing customer, you likely can't get this plan. Best is to log in to your account to view the available plan menu.

@JAM10 You can’t if it’s not in your account to switch to we all have target offers and if your plan is already more then $29 then it’s harder to downgrade only seems to be 20GB $30 plan that most can downgrade to at the moment . Shirt if porting number out and back in on newly created PM account with new sim and new email can you get the desired $29 plan unfortunately
