I have the plan that includes US unlimited calling but I can’t call the US. 
help please

Calls to 411, 511, Reedly, California (559-726-XXXX), Carroll, Iowa (712-775-XXXX), Lake Park, Iowa (712-432-XXXX), Charles City, lowa (641-552-XXXX), Pine Ridge, South Dakota (605-562-XXXX), Redfield,South Dakota (605-475-XXXX), and Fort Thompsons, South Dakota (605-477-XXXX) are not included.

@Shelldog   Does the number you're calling start with any of these?   712-432, 605-562, 641-552, 605-475, 605-477, 712-775, 559-726

@Shelldog Do you get a busy signal or message saying it's not in service or it just doesn't try to connect?  Did you just switch to this plan or did you just sign up with PM and this is the plan you selected?

Yes it’s shows that it’s on my plan.. when I call it says nope not calling

@Shelldog Do you know if it shows the right plan in your subscription?  What happens when you call the US number?
