I'm able to log into my Public Mobile account, but it redirects me to this EverSafe signup/login page.
If I try to log in with the same credentials, it says no account exists. When I click signup, the code sent to the email does not work. I've tried this on multiple browsers on incognito mode. Nothing works. What to do?
Is Public Mobile working on a fix to this godawful system? I can't even see what cellular plan I have because I'm blocked by this malfunctioning EverSafe thing.

hi @GeneralRigatoni you won't be able to do much without agent help. Please submit ticket with cs agent

had that problem with one of my accounts, agent too care of it
open ticket with chatbot (i see the bubble on the lower right coming back now )

sound like the Eversafe system was unable to link your email login with the My Account. Easy fix for PM but you need to engage them by direct message them here:
