Hi there my sister forgot her account email address for her account and can not go on to renew her card for auto pay.

Your sister will have to contact customer support via private message. Tell her to put "forgot login credentials" in the subject line and leave a detailed message.

 

Have her keep an eye on the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times but expect a reply within an hour.

To pre-verify your account include in your private messaging only your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

Your sister can try to check her different email accounts for the welcome to Public mobile email when she first signed up.  Then login in with password or reset password. 

 

Otherwise, she would need to contact customer service agent to access her self service account.  

Chat with Simon and submit a ticket for CSA help.

@Lyss6527   You can use Forgot password link and try any possible email address you have.  If you got the correct one, then it will move to Step 2 , then you just need to answer the security question to finish resetting the password

 

If still does not work, then you can open ticket with PM Support:

If she can't find it though webmail buly searching public Mobile. She can reach out to a CSA to answer verification questions to get this resolved.
