Downgrade $40 to $35.. Do I lose my forever 2 gb bonus from last fall?

I assume I can go back up to $40 or higher  and then stll retain my 2 Gb forever bonus?

Bonuses for new customers should stay 'forever' (depending on offer conditions) as long as you stay within eligible plans. If bonus is for $35+ plans if you downgrade to $25 you lose bonus; if you upgrade to $70 it stays

Holiday gifts and add-ons should stay no matter if you downgrade/upgrade to any plan.

Thank you @softech, I never knew that! I thought it was if you upgrade or downgrade the plan, you'll lose the bonus 2 GB. Now I can rest easy.....😊

Yes, this is confirmed by Melinda,  "the bonus will stay on the account as long as they remain on an eligible plan."

I think it was told by the Community manager that as long as you are staying with $35 or above, you will get to keep the 2GB Bonus.   Can anone confirm?

But @Horemansuk , maybe open a ticket and ask PM CS Agent:
